    LogMeIn is looking for an energetic Product Marketing Manager for our Customer Engagement and Support Business with hands-on experience converting key messages into compelling content for use by sales and marketing to engage target buyers through every stage of their journey.  There is a transformation underway that will be changing the way every company interacts with their employees and customers. This transformation is being driven by the demands of the modern workforce, adoption of cloud applications, and the next generation of automation powered by Artificial Intelligence. LogMeIn’s Customer Engagement and Support Business is at the heart of this transformation and we are looking for the best and brightest to help lead this change.

    Responsibilities

    • Shape our value proposition messaging into compelling sales prospecting tools and materials including product literature, client-facing presentations and other sales enablement curriculum for our market leading remote support products, Rescue and GoToAssist
    • Work hand-in-hand with demand gen marketing, product and field teams to define effective marketing initiatives and shape a compelling message about our right to win
    • Collaborate with other members of the marketing organization to provide appropriate messaging and assets utilized in marketing programs, such as search, display, content syndication, events/webinars.
    • Work with the broader Marketing organization to brief sales teams on marketing campaigns, key messages and assets for sales to utilize in their lead follow up
    • Manage Sales communications in partnership with the Training and Development team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, sales support in the Software or High-Tech industry experience is highly preferred.
    • Prior experience in enterprise software marketing or contact center solutions preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills needed.
    • Experience building impactful marketing collateral including brochures and killer presentations.
    • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Be a true go-getter, taking ownership of and executing projects to drive the business forward.
    • Strong attention to detail and professional manner with all levels of the organization a must.
