We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager for our Business Intelligence (BI) team. This person will have the unique opportunity to help drive our continuous market leadership in our communication and collaboration tools for small business. The join.me and Grasshopper products serve the largest segment of entrepreneurial small business, helping them build a business from day one, and helping them grow from startup to mature, successful businesses.
As a seasoned product leader with a background in business or financial analysis, you have demonstrated the ability to identify business problems and use data analysis to drive solutions. You are customer-centric and thrive on user interactions. You are an exemplary team player and foster a collaborative environment where you actively communicate across the team and organization, and create an environment of sharing ideas and plans with stakeholders. You are a product team leader who can motivate teams with your passion and vision and have a proven track record for executing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
This role leads an internal team of BI engineers, serving as the Product Owner in their agile processes. Setting strategy based on input from the marketing, eComm and product development teams, you will define a strategy that supports data-driven decision-making across the team and will deploy data products to support the financial and operational metrics, and drive investigation into new uses of data as a product.
