    We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager for our Business Intelligence (BI) team. This person will have the unique opportunity to help drive our continuous market leadership in our communication and collaboration tools for small business. The join.me and Grasshopper products serve the largest segment of entrepreneurial small business, helping them build a business from day one, and helping them grow from startup to mature, successful businesses.  


    As a seasoned product leader with a background in business or financial analysis, you have demonstrated the ability to identify business problems and use data analysis to drive solutions.  You are customer-centric and thrive on user interactions. You are an exemplary team player and foster a collaborative environment where you actively communicate across the team and organization, and create an environment of sharing ideas and plans with stakeholders. You are a product team leader who can motivate teams with your passion and vision and have a proven track record for executing in a fast-paced SaaS environment. 


    This role leads an internal team of BI engineers, serving as the Product Owner in their agile processes. Setting strategy based on input from the marketing, eComm and product development teams, you will define a strategy that supports data-driven decision-making across the team and will deploy data products to support the financial and operational metrics, and drive investigation into new uses of data as a product.  


    • Inform and execute against product vision, strategies and roadmaps 
    • Direct the creation and analysis of market and internal data sources around  product performance, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities 
    • Socialize data-driven insights with the executive team, functional leadership, and other key stakeholders
    • Monitor key business and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for accelerated growth
    • Monitor, analyze and report on customer/product usage and feedback 
    • Lead a team of data analysts and engineers from product concept from ideation to release and on-going operation
    • Actively looks to demonstrate and roll out best practices in data collection, analysis and reporting across the team 


    • 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management and business analysis in a fast-paced growth-oriented company
    • Experience shipping product to internal customers. Tight closed-loop feedback processes and rapid iterative testing. Experience with external data products a plus
    • Experience with Tableau, SQL, GoodData, Excel tools; scripting experience a plus
    • Proven track record of launching new products, managing releases and developing product strategies and roadmaps 
    • Has deep empathy for users and obsession with resolving their issues and delivering delight
    • Loves hard problems, and has experience with business considerations for complex software products
    • Loves building true partnerships with people across different functional domains and backgrounds
    • Loves learning, is curious and open to new ideas
    • Proven experience operating in a Lean and Agile environment
    • Familiarity with telephony, web conferencing, audio or video technology a plus 
    • Experience with B2B and B2C products, with a focus on primarily eCommerce acquisition channels 
    • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and project management skills
    • Highly self-motivated, passionate team oriented individual
    • Willingness to travel periodically
