We're looking for a proven leader who knows how to build and motivate renewal representatives and sales development professionals, with diverse backgrounds and different levels of experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, passionate and an individual who knows how to lead a high-performance team. The focus will be retaining business in our corporate account base, as well as handling inbound traffic and interests for companies that have between 20-3000 employees who would benefit from our customer engagement and support solutions.
We’re looking for an individual that consistently demonstrates the following characteristics:
Lead an internal team of 6-8 Renewals Representatives and Sales Development Reps. and, hiring, training, & driving optimum sales performance.
