  • Overview

    The US Benefits Analyst will serve as a center of excellence (COE) analyst on the Global Total Rewards team responsible for administering US benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance program, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plans. This position also supports on-site benefit programs, communications, employee questions, and concerns to ensure a positive employee experience. This includes supporting the annual open enrollment process and a variety of benefit programs for our expanding workforce that positively impacts our business strategy and objectives.


    • Supports day to day operations of US benefits programs
    • Responsible for maintaining/auditing data in HRIS/payroll systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of the data including testing and patches for upgrades
    • Complete Benefits related surveys for benchmarking and analysis
    • Ensures employee benefits enrollment data accuracy with benefit carriers
    • Supports the reviewing of claims and utilization data on an ongoing basis; analyzing and interpreting data for trends, improvements, and efficiencies
    • Supports compliance, government filings and financial audit activities (ERISA, HIPAA training, ACA, 5500s, Non-discrimination testing, SPDs, SARs, new legislative requirements, section 125 testing etc)
    • Serves as a point of escalation for HR Operations team
    • Assist in the design, development and implementation of employee communications and educational efforts
    • Supports annual open enrollment activities
    • Assesses opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements
    • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations
    • Other projects as requested


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or other related areas preferred
    • 4-6 years of relevant experience in the area of benefits
    • Attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills essential
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Technical understanding of HR Systems; Workday/ADP experience preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Must possess excellent written/verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
    • Highly collaborative team player
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and roll up sleeves to “go figure it out”
    • Can do and flexible attitude are a must
