The US Benefits Analyst will serve as a center of excellence (COE) analyst on the Global Total Rewards team responsible for administering US benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance program, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plans. This position also supports on-site benefit programs, communications, employee questions, and concerns to ensure a positive employee experience. This includes supporting the annual open enrollment process and a variety of benefit programs for our expanding workforce that positively impacts our business strategy and objectives.
