    Director of Products, Business Owner with SaaS experience to join our Identity and Access Management Business Unit product team and help drive efforts for our remote access and Remote Monitoring & Management offerings (LogMeIn Pro & LogMeIn Central) Working with LogMeIn’s Identity and Access Management Business Unit, you will use your analytical and product management skills to drive business growth. 






    This is a hands-on position that requires conducting business analysis, implementing and managing product management activities, and supporting the sales team with impactful programs, tools and activities. You will be responsible for understanding the product, customer and market through data and associated analysis. Leveraging quantitative and qualitative data, you will drive new business opportunities, build go-to-market materials, launch new products and support the company’s global sales team.     • Identify new areas for growth though go-to-market an product innovation
    • Analyze data to gain insight into product usage and market opportunities
    • Own competitive research to enable sales and ensure product differentiation 
    • Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify new opportunities
    • Gain a clear understanding of the customer and the buying process
    • Drive initiatives to accelerate sales and increase customer lifetime value
    • Understand and communicate overall business impact to implementing and developing product enhancements
    • Be a key liaison for the product line across sales, marketing and development
    • Contributor to release and product launch development 
    • Leverage data analysis to make recommendations on driving business growth 


    • 10+ years of related industry experience in a product management role in high tech or software -- SAAS experience is preferred
    • Proven experience working with small business prospects and customers to understand product requirements, needs and key success metrics
    • Experience working with or in a product organization
    • Passion for gaining insights into customer needs, and translating those needs into effective product requirements
    • Excellent communications and writing skills 
    • Established track record of success working with sales, development and marketing
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, and work collaboratively across functional areas
    • High enthusiasm and interest in building world-class businesses and products within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment
    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
