  • Overview

    Join our Identity and Access team as a Product Marketing Manager to help drive growth and retention efforts for the world’s leading remote access solutions. This individual will work hand in hand with product, web, pricing, analytics, marketing, and care to optimize our market leading remote access products.


    • Gain insights from business data and make recommendations based on the data story.
    • Drive revenue optimization efforts including but not limited to, pricing projects, web optimization opportunities
    • Truly understand our customers – derive insights about their needs through data analysis, market research and personal interaction
    • Be a subject matter expert - understand the market landscape and identify growth opportunities
    • Work with our marketing team to craft impactful product positioning and key messaging that resonates with our customers.
    • Drive retention efforts including but not limited to creating on-boarding videos, revamping our blog, working with the engagement team to develop execute a customer communications strategy (newsletters, webinars).


    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or data analytics
    • Experience marketing SaaS solutions sold through the ecommerce channel
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate the context, outcomes, impact of the analysis to a diverse audience
    • Work productively across care, pricing, web, analytics, marketing, product, sales teams
    • Independent thinker and innovative problem solver
    • Demonstrated success executing on a vision and energizing others to embrace it – launching a product and/or campaigns
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once, with multiple stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to develop productive relationships across the organization
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or management preferred
