• DevOps Product Owner

  • Overview

    LogMeIn is looking for an awesome Product Owner to lead the DevOps team. This role includes understanding the customer requirements and the developers needs at the same time; analyzing the industry trends; keeping the product quality in check, shipping the right product at the right time, and gathering the feedback from the customer to help improve the product quality. Product management in a DevOps world is extremely fast-paced: the product has to be delivered fast, the feedback has to be addressed quickly, and the customer support should be instantaneous. 


    • Analyze clients’ needs and work with the technical team to translate them into technical requirements;
    • Define the scope and maintain the project plan and roadmap;
    • Build and maintain the backlog;
    • Identify customers behaviors and needs through research and analysis;
    • Capture external requirements and support prioritization exercises with stakeholders;
    • Contribute to the product roadmap in collaboration with external stakeholders (product management, sales, marketing, customer success);
    • Plan releases and follow progress.



    • Perfectly bilingual (English, French);
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
    • 5 + years’ experience as Software Engineer in an application development or DevOps context;
    • Important technical background;
    • Understanding of the developers’ needs;
    • A deep understanding of the current trends in DevOps and new technologies;
    • Autonomous and proactive, but also excited to work with brilliant engineers on complex projects.
