  • Overview

    As the Sr. Facilities Manager you are directly responsible for the facilities team and every dynamic about the office space in Lindon Utah.   You will provide direct support to the local leadership team and will work hand in hand with the Director, Real Estate and Facilities to create an inspiring, engaging and hospitality-like experience for our employees and guests. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive team of facilities members for your office as well as provide leadership in the pursuit of continuously evolving the Office Experience for your office.


    Facilities Team

    • Manage and mentor the Facilities team
    • Responsible for actively participating in the Utah Hub activities, overseeing the local budget as well as the planning and execution of all internal office events
    • Being an active and visible leader for the Utah office and promoting a culture that is reflective of LogMeIn’s values.

    Office Environment

    • Oversee property management services including maintenance of building and mechanical systems, janitorial service and supplies, and health & safety in a demanding environment that requires the highest level of service delivery.
    • Responsible for ensuring the team has prompt response times for our internal ticketing system
    • Participates in defining strategies and plans related to facility operations, employee onboarding, space planning, real estate and facility moves
    • Provide timely updates to the Financial Planning team (supplies, changes in vendors)
    • Develop and manage vendor service contracts and request for proposal processes, including obtaining vendor price quotes, preparing contracts and purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices.
    • Schedule and coordinate requested ergonomic consultations audits
    • Act as on-site liaison during planning and construction of office expansions and is also responsible for managing vendor service contracts and request for proposal processes, purchase orders, space planning, tracking, move coordination, and new hire space accommodations.


    • Monitor security cameras during the business day, take action when needed
    • Assist with access control, badge distribution and tracking
    • Arrange details and logistics for security for 3rd party events


    Other Duties and Responsibilities

    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in relevant professional organizations, seminars and conferences for facilities, operations, project management, etc.


    • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years’ experience and a proven track record of success in facilities management and operations
    • Ability to set priorities, train, supervise, motivate and delegate
    • Ability to understand, and communicate to clearly to team
    • Proven track records identifying, defining and executing operational initiatives; defining and driving vision/strategy and delivering results (short and long term)
    • Strong project management skills. Excellent ability to define and execute a plan on time and with-in budget
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast-paced office environment; proven record of effecting strategic change and initiatives where prudent.
    • Must be proficient in several computer systems including MS Office programs
