    LogMeIn are hiring a Territory & General Manager to work in a critical growth area for LogMeIn’s MEA business. This key role will broaden our reach, drive our SaaS solutions and making an impact across MEA?     Responsibilities

    • Own partner sales and opportunity alignment responsibility for entire partner ecosystem.
    • Drive Partner / Distribution engagement with existing and new partners across markets building strong and successful relationships.
    • Act as the general manager for the MEA territory from Dubai.
    • Responsible for pipeline management, working with inside sales teams to support the partner, customer and sales teams to successful manage opportunities.
    • Provide advice to the relative sales teams on partner issues e.g. funding, partner contacts, and solutions area expertise.
    • Responsible for partner win objectives across the territory in terms of revenue, and net new customer acquisition though partners.
    • Focus on driving partner owned contribution to KPI scorecard metrics.
    • Exceed quota based on partner revenue contributed.
    • Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
    • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
    • Delivers bookings forecast for the channel partner business. 
    • Coordinates development of sales and marketing materials required for channel partners to be successful.
    • Orchestrates multiple internal resources (Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, Product) to ensure a world class partner experience.  
    • Promotes LogMeIn within our channel partner network – acts as LogMeIn ambassador.
    • Trains sales resources within channel and attends client meetings with them where possible.
    • Directs leads developed within the channel to the appropriate sales rep within LogMeIn
    • Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels.
    • Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales
    • Evaluates effectiveness of partner programs and improves upon them.
    • Determine strategic partner account targets.
    • Educate teams on assigned partner solution area expertise and capabilities
    • Drive market share through compete initiatives with a focus on our products, market intelligence, buyer personas and LogMeIn’s solutions.
    • Ensure all partner resources are fully leveraged, i.e. local market knowledge, , marketing, etc..
    • Effectively manage partner business reviews with partner executives.
    • Establish SMART objectives with your partner(s) to drive their overall satisfaction with LogMeIn.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel programs, sales or marketing.
    • Experience in developing and executing channel programs.
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Ability to lead virtual teams and delegate responsibilities effectively.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset as this role is about growing our channel business
    • In-depth knowledge of channel economics in a multi-channel environment.
    • Knowledge of other leading software vendor channel marketing programs.
    • Skilled at creating and executing channel marketing plans.
    • Strong presentation skills and comfortable level in presenting before peers and customer at executive level.
    • Strong project management and organization skills.
    • Operations experience preferred
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to complete assignments within aggressive time constraints
    • Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships
    • Solid Coaching and Leadership skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong personal network within the industry.
    • Travel:  30-50%
