You will lead our Hungarian HRBP team that is passionate about delivering the people needs in our Hungarian region. You will do this in conjunction with the delivery of overall business goals. Delivering a comprehensive range of value added Human Resources programs and services, you and your team will support a global diverse workforce across Hungary. In partnership with business leaders, our global HRBP team and the HR Centers of Excellence, you will lead the implementation of long-term integrated talent strategies including effective performance planning, talent planning, workforce management, organizational development, and diversity/inclusion programs, all within a matrixed organizational structure. These components help to drive employee productivity and engagement with limited employee relations issues.
• Provide management oversight to our Hungarian HR Business Partners to implement and evaluate programs, plans, and themes that result in increased organizational effectiveness and leadership engagement.
