  • Overview

    LogMeIn is looking for a passionate Supervisor of Marketing Programs to design, deploy, manage and report on a broad range of awareness, consideration user acquisition initiatives for our LastPass product. We need someone who learns quickly, loves tackling hard problems, and instinctively seizes opportunities and brings them to the group’s attention. Experience developing and supporting complex marketing campaigns is a must. This role will manage one direct report. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, execute and report on multi-channel B2C marketing initiatives spanning influencer programs, paid social, online media, paid search and additional demand gen channels
    • Contribute to the development of highly-creative on-brand content across the customer buying lifecycle
    • Work hand-in-hand with in-house and 3rd party partners to maintain a high standard across creative executions and lead quality
    • Build, implement, and refine flows for lead nurturing, both pre-sales and “keep in touch” programs
    • Collaborate with PR and event teams to manage event roadmap, plans, 3rd party vendors and logistics
    • Track, measure, and report monthly and quarterly business results

    Qualifications

    • 5-7+ years of direct experience creating and driving successful multi-channel online marketing programs; B2C experience preferred 
    • 1+ years of experience managing a small team
    • Digital native with a solid intuition for translating campaign objectives into compelling digital experiences using wireframing and annotation techniques to communicate intent
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate the context, outcomes, impact of the analysis to a diverse audience from executives to line-level employees
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once, with multiple stakeholders
    • Experience marketing within a software/technology company is a must
    • BA/BS required
