    As digital retail channels become more and more important, Bold360 by LogMeIn offers an omni-channel customer engagement solution for the enterprise website owners. Features include live chat and AI driven chatbot support for customer service, mobile live chat, API integration, video chat, social media integration, remote control, sophisticated administration and reporting capabilities.


    As an engineer on the Bold360 Professional Services team, you’ll be part of a group creating custom solutions and integrations for our most valued customers. You’ll scope, architect, build, push the boundaries of how organizations engage with their customers.

    • Assist customers with online engagement implementations including architecture, configuration, branding, testing, training, documentation and optimization consulting
    • Participate in pre-sales conversations to identify requirements and feasibility of technical client requests 
    • Build and prototype solutions outside of client facing projects that expand our core product offering
    • Work closely with other Professional Services Consultants on larger projects
    • Act as liaison between customer and product group in order to facilitate feedback
    • Simultaneously work/ manage multiple customer projects


    • Business English-ready skills
    • Strong project management and organizational skills managing both internal and client resources
    • Strong problem solving capabilities with a ‘get it done’ attitude, helping to overcome any technical hurdles with the adoption and roll out of LogMeIn solutions during the pre and post-sales processes
    • Strong communication and presentation skills both technically and non-technically
    • Experience developing and deploying full stack applications
    • Experience with agile methodologies
    • Solid backend experience: Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails
    • Solid frontend experience: jQuery, Ember, Angular or React, CSS
    • Strong Understanding of HTTP protocol, RESTful API’s, SDK’s, SaaS models
    • General knowledge of database structure/implementation (relational, document or similar)

    Nice to Have Software Skills:

    • Software development background
    • Responsive web page design using frameworks such as React and Angular
    • Understanding of web-based network authN/authZ approaches (Oauth, OpenID, PKI)
    • Content Management Systems and Ecommerce Systems
    • Web Analytics and Tag Management Systems
    • Mobile development skills (iOS and Android).
