  • Overview

    An excellent opportunity for an International Payroll Specialist which offers large scope for personal growth and experience of LATAM, EMEA and APAC payrolls for 700+ employees. This is a senior role on the team and has potential for future growth organically as well as through M&A. As part of the Finance Payroll Team, this position reports to the International Payroll Manager. 


    • Supporting the International Payroll Manager in ongoing payroll enhancements, projects and M&A’s.
    • Administer the day to day operation of payrolls, end to end.
    • Gather input and check output of the monthly and 2 weekly payrolls.
    • Cross train with payroll team to cover payrolls
    • Work with Payroll vendors across multiple countries.
    • Build and document processes, drive efficiency and improvements.
    • Maintain payroll records and reporting.
    • Respond to all employee payroll queries professionally and efficiently.
    • Assist with all payroll related Compliance, Audit & SOX queries.
    • Maintain payments, deductions and BIK’s within legislative guidelines.
    • Other ad-hoc duties required from time to time.


    • IPASS, CIPP or equivalent qualification
    • 3+ years payroll experience in an international payroll environment
    • Compliance, SOX and audit experience including knowledge of GDPR
    • Exceptional Customer Service skills verbal and written
    • Excellent attention to detail goes without saying
    • Well organized and professional in every aspect of work and interactions
    • Work to tight deadlines in a calm and dedicated manner
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
    • Great Excel skills
