• Treasury Analyst

  • Overview

    Job responsibilities include global cash management and banking, stock plan administration, liquidity forecasting and planning, and FX management reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury. 


    • Efficiently balance daily operational requirements with a drive for strategic improvements.
    • Support cash and currency exposure management functions and related controls.
    • Coordinate cash transfers / payments as required.
    • Maintain effective control environment and segregation of duties in the performance of the treasuryfunction under established procedures.
    • Bank fee analysis.
    • Assist with monthly/quarterly accounting close and audit requests.
    • Stock Plan Administration; analyze and reconcile all data between internal systems and our plan’s record keeper including grant issuances, vesting’s, and plan maintenance Provide employee assistance and communication. Develop a knowledge of all plan rules, international tax treatment, and stock-based transactions. Work with corporate accounting and international finance groups all on all aspects of plan reporting.
    • Cash Forecasting; gather and consolidate cash flow forecasts submitted from global offices.
    • Foreign exchange risk management; work with banks to coordinate FX trades and related settlement.
    • Maintain ERP system exchange rate able.
    • Global bank account maintenance.
    • Bank relationship management.
    • Review and recommend systems and technology improvements to improve department efficiency.
    • Perform special projects/requests and other duties as assigned.
    • Stay current with key developments in global treasury(banking technology, investment regulations, repatriation rules) and provide relevant insights and recommendations to Treasury and Finance leadership.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
    • 2-4 years of Corporate Treasury, Banking, Accounting, or Finance experience required.
    • Self-motivated, analytical, strong interpersonal and communication and skills.
    • Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information.
    • Ability to interact with staff across multiple geographies, (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism.
    • MBA and/or CTP beneficial, but not required. Experience with ERP accounting systems helpful (NetSuite).
