    LogMeIn is looking to hire an experienced Staff Investor Relations Analyst who will report to the Vice President of Investor Relations and contribute to the department in multiple capacities, with both internal and external facing responsibilities. The Senior IR Analyst will work closely with our Finance, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Communications teams, and will frequently interact with members of the executive team.

    Responsibilities

    • Help craft materials for the investment community, including press releases, investor presentations, conference call prepared remarks, question and answer documents, and social media
    • Research and create peer analyses on financial benchmarks including growth rates, expenses, valuation, and capital deployment
    • Routinely track and assess rotation in the shareholder base
    • Review and audit investor interaction to measure effectiveness and results of various types of engagement
    • Build strong relationships with sell side analysts and help with modeling questions
    • Monitor analysts’ financial estimates and update internal summary tables in a timely manner
    • Manage logistics for all investor relations events, including conferences, investor road shows, company visits and analyst days
    • Understand current market perceptions of the company and help anticipate reactions by the investment community to various strategic decisions
    • Interact with investors and articulate the company’s financial performance and goals, growth opportunities, and business initiatives
    • Manage and enhance the Company’s investor relations website
    • Craft responses to shareholder inquiries about company products, competitors, and addressable market opportunities

    Earnings Preparation and Production:

    • Participate in researching, messaging and producing quarterly earnings calls
    • Provide competitive financial analyses regarding comparable company results, performance and disclosures
    • Produce background financial material for management and update investor presentations;

    Investor Marketing:

    • Partner with the VP and executive team in developing and refining the positioning of LogMeIn to the financial markets
    • Coordinate ongoing marketing schedule, including investor conferences and roadshows
    • Work with VP to target investors and sell side analysts with customized calling plans
    • Utilize investor interaction audit to manage engagements between corporate participants and investors
    • Maintain accurate and timely consensus estimates

    Competitive Intelligence: 

    • Research peer companies’ financial profiles and create benchmarking and analyses on growth, margins, cash flows, capital returns among others
    • Develop valuation tracking materials to measure comparisons and averages
    • Monitor and distribute peer summaries on significant events, M&A and earnings

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Maintain LogMeIn’s Investor Relations website and monitor other companies’ sites to ensure a best in class site
    • Utilize the Investor Relations CRM system for tracking interactions and targeting
    • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors
    • Develop good relationships with sell side analysts and actively monitor consensus

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant business degree, MBA or CFA preferred
    • Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking or corporate development
    • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, computer, and presentation skills required
    • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, IR Insight, AlphaSense
    • Good project management skills, ability to manage time-sensitive projects through the coordination of multiple resources
    • Must work effectively with all levels of organization
    • Conscientious, self-driven and a motivated and dedicated team player
