    The professional services consulting internship is an exciting role where no day will ever be boring. From working with exciting technologies such as A.I. chat bots, to collaborating with all departments within LogMeIn (marketing, sales, product, customer success) to engaging with well-known companies such as The North Face, Groupon, Dyson, the challenges and learning opportunities are boundless! 

    Responsibilities

    • Build and prototype solutions around Customer Engagement & Support technologies (i.e. chatbots, FAQs, live chat windows)
    • Work in cross functional teams engaging with sales, customer success, product, support and solution consulting groups
    • Assist with pre-sales project scoping and requirements gathering for client engagements
    • Developing technical and project documentation for post project delivery

    Qualifications

    • Proficient with HTML, CSS and JavaScript / jQuery with portfolio or website showcasing examples
    • Understanding of HTTP protocol, RESTful API’s, SDK’s a plus
    • Experience developing and deploying full stack applications a plus
    • Self-starter who is curious about learning new technologies and able to work well with distributed teams
