    LogMeIn seeks a talented Sr. Marketing Programs Manager to design, deploy, manage and report on a broad range of lead-generation and outbound Sales initiatives for our Communication and Collaboration line of business. We're looking for someone who understands the marketing mix and can execute effectively. The right fit is someone who learns quickly, can tackle hard problems and instinctively seizes opportunities and brings them to the group's attention. Experience partnering with Sales leaders and front line employees to build, present and execute programs in support of a Sales Organization is a must. This role reports to the Manager of Corporate Marketing and is an individual contributor role. This person works on multiple projects and should provide solutions to problems of limited to moderately complex scope.


    • Build a marketing plan to support product strategy including demand generation goals for the Account Manager Sales teams
    • Execute and report on multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives spanning inbound, email, Sales programs and advertising
    • Collaborate with peers on lead generation strategies, execution and follow up
    • Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling
    • Interface with Sales stakeholders to gain buy in for and execution against programs, events and other initiatives, and work with Product Marketing, Sales Training and others to develop and coordinate tools, programs in a box, training and content
    • Manage budget appropriately, on time, and effectively across the marketing mix
    • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional team, Sales partners and 3rd party vendors to maintain a high standard across creative executions and lead quality
    • Deliver results of programs at all levels including; tracking measurement and monthly reporting of business results


    • 5+ years of direct experience creating and driving successful multi-channel marketing programs
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate the context, outcomes, impact of the analysis to a diverse audience from executives to line-level employees
    • Experience working within and reporting out of Salesforce is essential
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once, with multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to present to diverse audiences to gain buy in, explain initiatives, deliver insights and influence strategic direction
    • Experience with ABM, email marketing, PPC, paid social and working directly with Sales teams on outbound prospecting programs will be highly valued
    • Experience marketing within a software/technology company is a big plus
    • BA/BS required
