  • Overview

    LogMeIn is looking for Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join its new Corporate BI team. You will work with business stakeholders, other analysts and the Data Platform Team to deliver actionable reporting to executives and functional leaders to help monitor and manage the health of LogMeIn. The successful candidate will use their communication, analytical, problem solving and technical skills to assist in the delivery of trusted, high quality Enterprise Reporting solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development, QA and ongoing maintenance of an Enterprise Reporting Portal
    • Work with internal stakeholders to understand and document their Enterprise reporting needs
    • Develop mockups & prototypes to ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly understood
    • Lead the development and publication of Enterprise reports
    • Collaborate with stakeholders in support of required training and rollout plans for reporting solutions to ensure high adoption and customer satisfaction
    • Maintain consistent, high-quality documentation
    • Assist in troubleshooting and answering stakeholder questions
    • Support LMI’s Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to communicate well and work with both technical & non-technical team members
    • Self-starter who can multi-task with excellent follow through
    • Sense of urgency in delivering stakeholder value
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Process oriented in execution of deliverables
    • UI Design experience
    • UX Usability experience
    • Advanced Tableau experience
    • Advanced Enterprise Portal development experience (JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, HTML5)
    • Intermediate SQL querying skills
