  • Overview

    The eComm Marketing Intern will report to Sr. Manager Web/eComm Strategy. He/she will work in a fast-paced environment on a high-profile team that touches nearly all functions of the LogMeIn organization. There will be a large focus on ideating and executing initiatives that have the largest revenue return. This individual will focus on the Communication and Collaboration websites (grasshopper.com, join.me, gotomeeting.com, gotowebinar.com) and contribute on the end-to-end aspect of web conversion tests.

    Responsibilities

    • Audit existing sites’ functionality and usability to feed design/development backlog for web optimizations. Specifically, focusing on purchase flow best practices pairrd with web data for validation on opportunities.
    • Competitive landscape web audit. Compare to other sites’ pricing/packaging, business models, user experiences, and checkout flows.
    • Look holistically at the end-to-end customer experience. Not just at the on-site experiences, but also how we communicate with prospective customers, as well as their post purchase experience.
    • Become an expert on our Experience Management System, Sitecore – where our websites are hosted to ensure we are best utilizing the tool from a business perspective.
