    About The Role

    LogMeIn’s India office is looking for a Enterprise Sales Rep, based at our Mumbai office, for our Customer Engagement & Support (CES) product lines. The Enterprise Rep will be a champion / advocate of the product line to both sales and customers, and will be accountable for monthly & quarterly sales individual quota. The primary function of this position is to support the existing CES clients in respective regions and creating new sales and upsell opportunities for the business unit by developing strategic customer prospecting and penetration strategies, to drive pipeline and increased revenue in the west region within the set of large accounts.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic player that carries accountability for both monthly & quarterly individual quota from assigned large accounts within the region.
    • Develops strategic prospecting and sales coverage plans for territory development
    • Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles to consistently meet or exceed quota
    • Analyses the market in depth, putting effort into positioning products and effective sales activities for creating new business/add on business from whitespace/existing accounts
    • Proactively seeks referrals, and applies customer success stories and an understanding of the unique requirements of the executive buyers (key buying personas), and target vertical industries
    • Provides Senior Management with reports on sales activities, account penetration, pipeline progression, recommended sales plays and sales forecasting weekly
    • Attends client meetings, tradeshows and marketing events as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Computing or similar). MBA desirable
    • Minimum 6 to 8 years’ sales experience with proven success in selling to Enterprise organizations, ideally with 4+ years domain expertise and experience in the areas of remote support, AI, Chatbot, customer engagement etc., demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of how to address the needs of user buyers and influencers
    • Proven record of success in developing prospecting lists, cold calling, customer expansion and field sales with a successful track record of meeting and/or exceeding assigned quota across quarters, fiscal calendar years
    • Analytical and creative approach to problem solving along with strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
    • Demonstrated ability in company-wide, cross-functional and matrixed collaboration required
    • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to "sell" over the phone as well as in person and can comfortably present to large groups
    • Ability to travel within assigned territories, marketing events as and when required
