    RESPONSIBILITIES 

     

    People Management

    • Recruit, hire, train and mentor the developers within the team
    • Write performance reviews and provide quality feedback regularly to help people grow
    • Discuss and help guide activities to support team members' career development
    • Build the team: Foster a positive team environment in which people feel valued
    • Set clear and challenging performance goals for the team members

    Execution and Development

    • Support relevant part of the development: design, implementation, testing, deployment, operation, and maintenance
    • Coordinate activities with other managers, Architects, and PMs to help the team members accomplish business goals
    • Analyze, develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for the engineering
    • Build strong internal culture aligned with the company culture
    • Develop and engage with local tech community

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience as people manager/team leader role
    • Experience in enterprise level product development and/or mobile
    • Passionate about UX
    • Experience working in agile environment
    • Fluent in English
    • Bsc or higher degree
