The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a key member of the HR team that is responsible for the growth, stewardship & management of our people within our growing sales organization. Reporting directly to the Director, HRBP, the HR Business Partner will partner with our sales team to conceive, create, implement and execute both corporate people programs and localized people solutions that drive business results and people development in a highly dynamic tech environment.
The HRBP will use their years of HR experience and their understanding of LogMeIn’s business to provide strategic input and lead solutions in areas such as Talent Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Employee Relations among others. The HRBP will possess and exercise exceptional skills in problem solving, strategic thinking, project/process management, coaching and fostering collaboration.
