  • Overview

    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a key member of the HR team that is responsible for the growth, stewardship & management of our people within our growing sales organization.  Reporting directly to the Director, HRBP, the HR Business Partner will partner with our sales team to conceive, create, implement and execute both corporate people programs and localized people solutions that drive business results and people development in a highly dynamic tech environment. 

     

    The HRBP will use their years of HR experience and their understanding of LogMeIn’s business to provide strategic input and lead solutions in areas such as Talent Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Employee Relations among others. The HRBP will possess and exercise exceptional skills in problem solving, strategic thinking, project/process management, coaching and fostering collaboration. 

    Responsibilities

    • Performance Management including leading formal annual objectives setting & performance review processes; and proactively identifying & addressing people performance issues 
    • Partnering with the HR Director to implement Talent Review & Succession Planning solutions 
    • Advising on compensation related issues & needs and participating in program design as well as managing program implementation and execution 
    • Working with LogMeIn’s Internal Communications & recognition team on communication needs and be an integral part of program design and implementation 
    • Assist in the execution of local operational people-related issues (e.g. relocations, immigration, on-boarding of new hires, etc) 
    • Counseling management in Employee Relations issues and responding to inquiries regarding people policies, procedures and programs 
    • Partnering with Learning and Development team on local training needs and participates in program delivery
    • Partnering with Talent Acquisition on internal interviewing and feedback 

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7 years of business experience, 3 years as an HRBP
    • Experience supporting a sales organization preferred
    • Superior Program/Project/Process Management skills & experience 
    • Very strong MS Office skills 
    • Demonstrated experience in fostering a collaborative working environment between individuals and teams through coaching & personal example 
    • Exceptional time and priority management skills 
    • Strong business orientation and demonstrated success at driving business results through human resource based solutions 
    • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking 
    • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams 
    • BA/BS
