    LogMeIn seeks a talented marketing manager to join our growing APAC office, supporting our marketing objectives across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

     

    We’re looking for someone who can contribute to the detailed execution of marketing programs. We need someone who learns quickly, loves tackling hard problems and instinctively seizes opportunities and brings them to the group’s attention. Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate awareness, leads and help accelerate customer adoption is a must. This role is based in our new Sydney CBD office and is an individual contributor role. This person works on multiple projects and should provide solutions to problems of limited to moderately complex scope.

     

    Responsibilities

    The Marketing Manager is a proactive senior team member that applies their experience to an area of campaign fulfillment, media performance and event management allowing them to resolve a wide range of issues within their area of specialisation.

     

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the execution of quarterly marketing plans for the region’s Go-To-Market strategies; is responsible for creative and concept development, campaign analysis and reporting, customer and partner relationship management and campaign KPI analysis.
    • Manage day-to-day campaign activities including working with cross-functional and virtual teams to drive execution against objectives and deadlines.
    • Manage product-specific corporate webinar events, coordinating all logistics, speakers and content.
    • Develops campaign ideas and demand generation content/deliverables for designated projects and acts as a lead to execute product-specific campaigns.
    • Take the lead as point person for internal and external communication (management team, finance/operations, partners, vendors, agencies) including; campaign status reports, areas of campaign growth/weakness, ROI/partner reports, optimisation strategies and campaign recommendations.
    • Lead the development of creative materials, new projects/initiatives, and/or campaigns in area of specialty.
    • Manage traffic campaign materials to partners and communicate specific campaign instructions and/or details by the provided due date.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree (marketing degree preferred) with 5-7 years relevant experience in B2B marketing for technology brands. Experience with Online Collaboration tools highly regarded.
    • Proven track record of planning and executing innovative, results-driven online campaigns, including content syndication, webinars and email.
    • Passion for gaining insights into customer needs, and translating those needs into effective marketing programs.
    • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce.com.
    • Proven experience in managing suppliers and external agencies.
    • Self-motivated, innovative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical.
    • Strong time management, resource management and project management skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
    • Practical self-starter with strong initiative and ability to function independently.
