    The Talent Development Manager, reporting to the VP, Talent Development will play a key part in developing our managers and leaders and honoring the commitment that the company has made to their development. 

     

    The Talent Development Manager will work closely with the business to develop, design and deliver effective and engaging in-person and e-learning offerings. This role will focus on delivering training for all managers, from newly promoted managers to senior leaders within the organization, across EMEA and the US, as required. The candidate will partner with the business to provide mentoring and coaching as well as developing and delivering appropriate strategies and interventions to address employee and manager needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute the Talent Development strategy, in the areas of manager and leadership training and development
    • Develop “develop and design” programmes to our managers in the core management skills
    • Partner with the HR Business Partner team to deliver training on HR event-driven activities, e.g. performance management (systems and activities); talent calibration; career development etc
    • Engage with People Managers across the business in all areas of training and development, to ensure training programmes are meeting overall business needs
    • Assist with facilitation of group/team/individual team building and development sessions as required
    • Work with external partners, suppliers and providers and internal functions to support the execution of all solutions and initiatives and evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness
    • Support the continuous improvement of training and development programmes by keeping abreast of best practices, new trends and developments in the area of Training and Talent Management & Development
    • Coordinate and assist in converting classroom-based training to eLearning
    • Ensure all necessary people management and development activity required to support the business is delivered in the most professional and effective manner
    • Organise soft skills training for our employees to ensure they are receiving best in class training
    • Create and update course materials to include instructional videos/webinars
    • Be responsible for creating and facilitating learning & organisational development activities
    • Promote and facilitate a culture of learning
    • Any other relevant duties including project work

    Qualifications

    • English speaking, with a second European language a plus
    • Experience in delivering formal and informal training interventions to a multi-cultural workforce
    • Experience in designing, delivering and validating organisation development interventions
    • Experience in coaching and developing others to fulfil their potential
    • Experience and track record in working in a fast-paced and complex working environment managing multiple priorities and competing demands
    • Trustworthy and have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Ability to work on own initiative on project-based tasks
    • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills
    • Flexible approach, ability to adapt to evolving environment
    • Strong Computer literacy – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HR IT Systems
