    Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise-wide Applications, this individual will join our Global Information Technology team, facilitating the deployment of SharePoint Team Sites for enterprise-wide collaboration, content management and process automation. Post deployment, the SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for supporting various business units through best practices, principles, and latest features related to SharePoint and the Office 365 collaboration suite.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement SharePoint Online as the corporate solution for online team collaboration at LogMeIn.
    • Collaborate with functional teams or business units to understand requirements and translate them into workflows, designs, and technical solutions.
    • Proactively identify areas where SharePoint can improve business efficiency, for example internal communication, new hire onboarding, or project management.
    • Direct content managers on how to manage site collections, or leverage other features of the SharePoint platform.
    • Act as the internal SharePoint Administrator and first point of contact internally for supporting SharePoint Online.

    Qualifications

    • Deep Experience in the design, deployment and administration of SharePoint Online.
    • Experience automating workflows using Microsoft Flow or PowerShell, or building custom apps with PowerApps is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A combination of formal training and certification in SharePoint Online or earlier is desired.
    • Proficiency in Office 365, Office Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communicator, with the ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions.
    • Self-motivated professional who can work independently with strong organizational, communication and time/task management skills.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in functional areas
    • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Sample portfolio of demonstrated expertise in SharePoint Online a plus
    • 10% Travel required
