  • Overview

    LogMeIn is looking for a special candidate to ideate, create and execute LogMeIn’s Sales Leadership Program.  Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales Training, this role will partner with senior leaders across the business, conduct a data-driven needs assessment, and create a high impact, scalable sales leadership development strategy.
    The ideal candidate comes from a consulting, sales leadership, or leadership development background, and is a collaborative team player who has the confidence and experience to interface with leaders across the company. This role requires strategic thinking, strong business and sales acumen, excellent communication skills, planning/project management skills, and comfort working in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.


    • Have full ownership of the ideation, creation, execution and training of LogMeIn’s Sales Leadership development program
    • Conduct a needs assessment to set baselines and assess global sales leadership needs
    • Roll out an end-to-end sales leadership program that enables our management team to thrive in a rigorous, fast paced B2B SaaS sales environment
    • Conduct in person, online, and blended learning training programs
    • Create and refine an analytic framework to identify gaps and evaluate the success of leadership development programs
    • Partner with global sales leaders and cross functionally to assure program adoption
    • Take an active role in: leadership assessment, succession strategy and planning, coaching, career pathing, and performance management
    • Research, select and manage relationships with outside vendors who augment the leadership development program
    • Benchmark LogMeIn’s Sales Leadership Development program against ‘best in class’ SaaS companies; evolve program to ensure continual improvement


    • 5+ professional experience in consulting, sales & sales leadership, or leadership development
    • Proven record of transformational team or program management
    • A polished communicator with significant exposure influencing senior leadership as key stakeholders and constituents
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to work from a strategic perspective, developing creative, innovative and visionary approaches to Sales Leadership Development
    • Experience transforming raw data into polished, elegant insights and business intelligence
