    Vice President of Product Management- Identity & Access Management

     

    Join one of the top 10 global SaaS companies to define and lead the product vision and commercialization strategy for the Identity & Access Management portfolio, a portfolio of critical, high growth, industry leading products totaling over $300M in annual revenue.  As the Vice President of Product Management, you will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leaders within the business unit and the General Manager to develop and drive the product strategy and execution for LogMeIn’s Identity & Access Management line of business which includes the market leading products LastPass, Central, Pro, and GoToMyPC.     Responsibilities

    Define and communicate the product vision in support of the business strategy for the Identity & Access Management portfolio, including maintaining a clear product roadmap aligned to delighting customers and driving aggressive growth (both from a customer and revenue perspective) in the short and long-term.

    Partner with the business unit’s marketing, sales, and care leaders to develop go-to-market strategies to win in targeted customer segments and create end-to-end operational plans to profitably grow and scale the business and drive business value.

    Deliver the product portfolio’s strategy and P&L, including driving the annual and quarterly planning processes, and ensuring flawless execution of the plan.

    Build a world class product management organization that thrives on customer interaction, embraces design thinking, and role models a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to execution.

    Ensure direct interaction of the product team with customers, partners, Sales, and Customer Care to deeply understand customer needs and uses the feedback to drive customer satisfaction.

    Provide leadership -- and be the expert on -- the competitive landscape for the Identity & Access Management family of products, driving processes to identify current and potential competitors, research competitive products, and maintain competitive information.

    Interface with analysts and attend/ present at key conferences.  Educate customers, prospects, and partners about our product releases, priorities, and vision.

    Partner with Business Development to source and close key go-to-market partnerships and key inorganic activities (M&A, licensing, integrations) to support the Identity & Access Management strategy.

     
     

    Qualifications


    BA or BS in Business, Management, Computer Science or related discipline desired. MBA preferred.

    Minimum of 15 years of directly related work experience (ideally 10 years of this work experience should be in senior product management/marketing/ sales/ product development leadership roles and 5 or more of these years will be at a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company as a member of the senior executive team.)

    Proven leader who understands highly technical products and is experienced at influencing engineers and making product trade-offs.

    Thorough understanding of a variety of development, engineering, and sales processes (Agile/Scrum, RUP, McGrath’s PACE, Pragmatic Marketing Framework, Strategic selling frameworks such as Sandler Sales, Selling Through Curiosity and/or Value Vision).

    Demonstrated track record of success working with broad cross-functional teams with ability to sell. ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, analysts, and partners.
